Reporting to the President and Chief Executive Officer, the Director, Safety will be accountable for building Cascade’s safety framework. Working collaboratively with site managers and supervisors, you will ensure that best practices and sound safety measures and policies are made available to Cascade. This includes providing advice, training, communicating safety issues and developments, as well as providing hands-on support in all facets of accident prevention, accident investigation and claims management. In fulfilling the duties of this role, you will play a key role in planning and implementing Cascade’s vision for continuously improving employee safety in all aspects of the organization’s multi-site operations.
You have a track record of success in setting the health and safety strategy and implementing Health & Safety programs in an aerospace or industrial environment.
