Tanya Todorovic is a Principal in the Toronto office. Having progressed through a range of human resources roles in both the private and public sector, Tanya brings an in-depth understanding of the human capital challenges facing organizations.
After receiving a Master’s degree in Judicial Administration, Tanya began her career with the Ministry of the Attorney General in Ontario. Her roles with the Ministry of the Attorney General included being involved in the privatization of government services in the Ontario Court System and consulting in the areas of adult learning, organizational development and change management.
Focused on continuing her professional development, Tanya received her Certificate in Human Resources Management from the University of Toronto while leading the human resources function in a professional services firm that specialized in business intelligence and investigative accounting.
Tanya’s career includes having worked most recently for Ernst & Young where she was responsible for advancing the firm’s national recruiting strategy and then later assuming responsibility for the recruiting, operational and strategic growth challenges of the various Advisory practices within Ernst & Young.
With increasingly fierce competition for leadership talent and a compelling focus on intellectual resources, the human resources field is experiencing a renaissance.
The public & not for profit sector makes decisions that affect all of our lives - usually in full view of public scrutiny.
