Odgers Berndtson
Ross Woledge is a Senior Consultant with Odgers Berndtson and has a specialization in CFO and senior financial officer appointments and additionally serves industrial, telecommunications and consumer clients on a range of senior mandates.
Ross has spent more than 10 years in human resources and executive search in roles based in Europe, Asia and North America. He began his career in graduate recruitment in the financial services industry, before moving to Japan to oversee standards and instructor development for three English language schools in Tokyo. In 2006, he joined the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC) based in New York to manage the Campus training program which enhanced search delivery for executive search firms globally. He facilitated the development of the Researcher/Associate Certification Program (CRA) introducing a benchmark industry standard for the first time and continues to serve as an examiner on the certification program today.
Ross has a Bachelors Degree (Hons) awarded from The University of Exeter and graduated, with distinction, from the International Business Program at Cambridge University.
