Roland Staub

Roland Staub, based in Frankfurt, joined Odgers Berndtson in 1989. As Finance Director, he is responsible for the administration and management of Odgers Berndtson Germany with its locations in Frankfurt, Hamburg and Munich. In addition, he is also responsible for the administration of Berint (the European Odgers Berndtson group).

He learned the trade from the bottom up, first training as an industrial clerk and then earning a degree in Business Administration (Diplom-Kaufmann) from the University of Frankfurt. After his exams he worked for Berlitz in various positions for eleven years.
