Roger Marshall

Roger Marshall, Managing Partner, heads up the Tokyo office and specializes in recruiting senior executives to lead  multinational corporate entities in Japan and Korea,  as well as  top executives for Asia regional leadership positions.


Living in Japan since 1971, Roger works with multinational companies to develop their leadership teams in Japan, Korea, and Asia and has expertise and strong experience across a diverse range of industries and functions including  health care/biotech, high technology, structured finance/funding (Venture Capital and Private Equity), automobile, industrial, retail, and corporate communications sectors, among others.


Previously, Roger was founder and president of PENN International Associates, a Tokyo-based management consulting and executive search firm. He was also Director of KPMG Consulting’s executive search  consulting practice in Tokyo and Korea, and a founding partner of SGM Associates K.K., a Tokyo-based executive search consultancy.


A native of Pennsylvania, Roger is fluent in business and social Japanese. He holds a BA degree in Asian Studies from Sophia University, Tokyo.
