Paul comes to Odgers Berndtson Ottawa from the IT professional services industry. Having worked in both recruitment and business development for a global staffing and services firm for more than 5 years, he has a keen understanding of the human capital challenges facing federal government clients, and the broader Ottawa market. Paul has consistently delivered critical resources across broad mix of client project requirements.
In his role as Practice Leader for our Professional Services offering and a member of our Interim Management Practice, Paul helps public and private-sector clients in the National Capital Region connect with Canada’s best specialized executive talent on a project or interim basis.
Paul holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario. Paul supports the United Way in Ottawa as a volunteer Account Executive.
