Patrick Reynolds

Patrick Reynolds is a partner in the Vancouver office. He has 10 years of executive search experience in both the private and public sectors. Patrick’s clients include organizations in transportation/supply chain, energy, manufacturing, and retail industries. He also has a specialty in recruiting senior executives to Canada’s Northern Territories having placed more candidates in these remote regions than any other search consultant over the past decade.

Patrick brings over a decade of experience with a major Canadian retailer where he ran a business unit in British Columbia. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) degree from the University of British Columbia has successfully completed the Canadian Securities Course and is a graduate of Leadership Vancouver.

Community involvement is very important for the Partners of Odgers Berndtson. Patrick has held senior roles with organizations benefiting BC Wheelchair Sports, BC Wheelchair Basketball, Little Mountain Baseball, the Vancouver Westside Minor Softball Association, the United Way, the Canucks for Kids Foundation, and BC Special Olympics. In 2010, he coached the Canadian Champion Little Mountain Baseball All-Star Team who represented Canada at the Little League World Series. He was also a volunteer for the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Games.
