Onno Boeseman

Onno Boeseman is a Partner in the Brussels office of Odgers Berndtson, specialising in assignments for Corporate Officers including General Management, HRM, Financial Management, Supply Chain and Sales & Marketing roles. His focus is on Belgian and International clients in the Industrial and Consumer sectors, in Transportation and Professional Business Associations.

With over 20 years of experience in international blue-chip companies, he has an extensive network, knowledge and understanding of complex organizations.

Prior to working in executive search, Onno was Managing Director of PeakFields, a human capital service provider. Previous positions include Head Sales & Marketing Europe with DHL Aviation, General Management, and various corporate roles with KLM. He also works as a consultant for the European Commission in Brussels. He has worked in China, Belgium and the Netherlands.

Onno has a Master's Degree in Law from Leiden University and a post graduate degree in Marketing. He is fluent in Dutch, English and German.
