Michael Cox-Hill

Michael Cox-Hill is a Consultant in Odgers Berndtson's Dubai office and is a member of the Industrial Practice. He specialises in the Aerospace & Defence, Automotive, Electronics and General Engineering sectors. He is responsible for leading International Operations, Commercial and General Management searches utilising the Odgers Berndtson global network.

Prior to joining the search industry, he worked in FMCG and B2B organisations, most recently for the British Safety Council assisting the development of corporate Health, Safety and Environmental solutions.

He is a former captain of the Arabian Gulf and UAE national rugby team.

Michael holds a Bachelors degree from Manchester Metropolitan University.
