Odgers Berndtson
Majorie Soeters is a Partner in the Amsterdam office and a member of the consumer products & services, industrial and automotive practices. She also leads the Executive Counselling and Management Audit practices.
Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Majorie had her own consultancy firm. Earlier in her career, she was manager human resources for Canon Business Machines Benelux, branch manager Randstad Employment Agency, and human resources manager and corporate lawyer for Reed-Elsevier.
Majorie has a law degree from the University of Leiden as well as a Master's degree in Psychodynamic Counselling from the University of Utrecht.
