Kong To

Kong To is Managing Partner of Odgers Berndtson’s Beijing office also leading the Technology Practice for China. He focuses on senior executive searches across a broad range of industries especially the Industrial, Hi-Tech, Consumer, Professional Services and Energy sectors.

Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, he was Managing Director of Boyden’s Beijing office where for the last six years developed a strong professional network and numerous trusted client partners. His team made key management appointments for numerous leading multinational companies and Chinese clients seeking to optimise their performance in China.

He moved to Beijing in 2004 having begun his executive search career in 1998 in Hong Kong, where he lead the Hi-Tech practice, driving the growth and expansion of several leading international search firms in the region.

Kong graduated in Aeronautical Engineering with a Higher Diploma and Bachelors Degree in Manufacturing Systems and Engineering Management from the University of Hertfordshire, UK.
