Keith Gaspard

Keith Gaspard is a Partner in the Philadelphia and New York offices of Odgers Berndtson in the Life Sciences practice.  He handles senior level executive recruitment for medical device, diagnostic, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and service based companies including Fortune 500, small and midsized public and private companies, and venture capital backed start-ups.

With Fortune 150 and start-up experience, he combines unique business perspective and insight with seasoned assessment skills to recruit candidates that truly make a difference for his clients’ businesses. His consultative style and insightful approach have distinguished him as a trusted advisor.

Previously, he was SVP for a life sciences boutique and prior to that was Practice Leader for a global retained firm.  He began his career in executive search in 1998 and was recruited to Heidrick & Struggles as a Partner where he conducted searches for emerging companies.

Keith holds a BSc degree in Engineering from Union College.
