As a Principal of Odgers Berndtson in Vancouver, Irene brings over ten years of experience in executive search both in Canada and internationally. Her client focus is broad and includes work in the public, healthcare and not-for-profit sectors as well as with a wide range of private sector companies.
Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Irene spent several years as a consultant with another national search firm where she worked with an array of private and public sector organizations in recruiting senior leaders in general management, finance, human resources, marketing and operations.
She began her career in executive search in Singapore as a consultant with a regional firm where she led the Human Resources practice, working with leading multinational corporations throughout the Asia Pacific region across a broad spectrum of industries.
Prior to her career in search, Irene enjoyed a successful tenure as an appraisal consultant at Colliers International, one of the leading commercial real estate organizations, where her work included valuation and feasibility studies for development sites, and commercial and large-scale residential properties.
Irene holds a B.A. from the University of British Columbia. She is a member of the Board of Directors of Little Flower Academy.
