Odgers Berndtson
Hayley Becker is an Engagement Manager with Odgers Berndtson in Toronto and a member of the firm’s Legal and Compliance practice. Hayley recruits senior leaders in legal and compliance across a broad range of industries. She also executes searches for leadership roles in law firms and professional services firms in both Canada and the US. With over 8 years of executive search experience, Hayley can leverage a broad network of contacts to identify and develop executive level talent.
Prior to becoming a specialist within the firm’s Legal and Compliance practice, Hayley supported private and public sector clients in not-for-profit, municipal and provincial government and educational institutions.
Hayley began her career as a consultant with a boutique executive search firm focused on legal, financial services, consumer packaged goods, telecommunications and manufacturing assignments.
Hayley holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Honours from Queen’s University School of Business.
