Genevieve Falconetto

Genevieve (Genny) is a Managing Partner of Odgers Berndtson's growing Montreal practice. For over twenty years, she has worked closely with key private and public sector executives by providing a variety of consulting services such as business transformation program management, strategic planning, business architecture, change management, process reengeneering, knowledge management, information technology integration and executive recruitment.

Her impressive track record is a reflection of her ability to develop and nurture strong long-term and privileged relationships with industry leaders in helping them achieve their corporate objectives.  Leveraging her in-depth knowledge of current business and cultural issues, Genny demonstrates a unique ability to analyze and assess personalities, behaviours, and interpersonal skills to help determine an individual's fit with the cultural aspects of a client organization. Since joining Odgers Berndtson, Genny has successfully completed several senior level assignments where the fit has proven to be much more important than other experience-based selection criteria.  

Genny holds an undergraduate degree in business administration and an MBA, both from the Université du Québec à Montréal.  She is Chair of the Old Brewery Mission Foundation.
