Dr. Jörg Knaack

Dr. Jörg Knaack has been at Odgers Berndtson since 1990. He is a member of the Automotive and Industrial Practices where he recruits executives in mechanical and plant engineering and in the electrical and electronic industries. He is an expert for managerial positions in vehicle construction, including the field of complex railed vehicles.

With an academic background in Biotechnology and Economics (habil.); he managed an agricultural products company and was a professor of Economics and Human Resource Management at the University of Bernburgfor seven years before joining Odgers Berndtson to realize his passion for recruiting and evaluating senior executives.
