Dr. Jörg Knaack

Dr. Jörg Knaack, based in Hamburg, has been at Odgers Berndtson, since 1990 and is a member of the Industrial Practice. He recruits executives in mechanical and plant engineering and in the electrical and electronic industries, and is an expert for managerial positions in vehicle construction, including the field of complex railed vehicles.

With an academic background in Biotechnology and Economics (habil.), Jörg managed an agricultural products company and was a professor of Economics and Human Resource Management at the University of Bernburg for seven years before joining Odgers Berndtson to realize his passion for recruiting and evaluating senior executives.
