Dmitry Skotnikov

Dmitry Skotnikov is a Consultant in the Moscow office of Odgers Berndtson where he heads the Industrial Practice. He works on executive search assignments on behalf of major Russian and international companies in various sectors including manufacturing, heavy machinery, metals and mining, automotive. He started his executive search career in 1995.

He holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from MSU. He has also completed a series of executive development programmes run by IMD, INSEAD and Stanford GSB.
