Denis Trudeau is a Partner in the Montreal office of Odgers Berndtson, Canada’s largest Executive search firm. He brings a wealth of business experience to the Human Capital industry. With a decade of Executive Search experience, he has sourced talented executives in many functional areas, having successfully completed a significant number of senior leadership searches and consulting assignments in a variety of industries, such as financial services, transportation, retail and distribution, consumer packaged goods, manufacturing, media and communications, technology and energy.
Prior to entering the Human Capital consulting business, Mr. Trudeau spent over twenty years in the professional services, technology and communications sectors, where he held Senior Executive positions with major corporations.
Denis served for seven years as Senior Vice President, Business Markets for a large national telecommunications carrier where he held overall accountability for various multi-million dollar business units. He also led the Canadian sales organization of a Business to Business e-Commerce industry leader. Previously, Mr. Trudeau co-founded a successful start-up telecommunications venture that eventually merged with a leading Canadian service provider. Earlier in his career, he held a variety of progressive marketing and sales roles with industry leading multinational technology and telecommunications organisations.
His strong operating and consulting track-record, a solid business and people judgement, enables Denis to provide superior C-suite leadership advisory services to clients.
He earned a degree in marketing and studied in business administration at Université du Québec à Montréal. He is fluent in English and French.
