Debbi Ragogna

Debbi Ragogna has always been drawn to healthcare and working with people who are committed to the greater good. Armed with a Bachelor of Science Degree from Lake Superior State University in Michigan, Debbi did an internship at Toronto General Hospital before launching a successful career as a search consultant. The last ten years were spent fine tuning her search skills, including six years as a senior member of the healthcare practice at Amrop Knightsbridge.

In addition to her extensive healthcare experience, Debbi has worked closely with many not-for-profit and government clients – helping them to fill senior level roles such as Vice President, CFO and Executive Director, as well as many CEO positions. She has also conducted pro bono searches for a number of small not-for-profit organizations. Debbi prides herself on her ability to really get at what her clients are looking for. She says she can often “paint a picture” of the ideal candidate in her mind.
