Colleen Keenan

With 13 years of executive search experience, Colleen has led many successful senior level searches for educational and health care organizations, government, and the broader not-for-profit sector. Although her focus is on search in the academic sector, Colleen credits her background as a public affairs executive in the natural resources business for her expertise in facilitating and bringing together divergent views and opinions.

Prior to becoming a search consultant, Colleen served as Vice-President of Public Affairs for Falconbridge Ltd., and as Vice-President of Communications and Public Affairs for the YMCA of Greater Vancouver. She has worked as a lobbyist, representing both corporate and non-profit clients, and as a communications assistant to a Member of Parliament. Colleen holds a B.A. from the University of Toronto.
