Carlos Versteele

Carlos Versteele joined Odgers Berndtson in Brussels as a Partner in 2009. He specialises in talent management services and executive search assignments in the Technology, Business & Professional Services, and Information & Communication and Entertainment sectors.

With 25 years of management consultancy experience, Carlos's skills include multi-national organisational development, business process re-engineering, ICT strategic planning, ERP implementation, change management, business culture change, management reviews and enterprise governance advice.

Prior management positions include a European and global consultancy business function from 2002 to 2005 at IBM. He worked as Managing Partner of several consultancy practices at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Price Waterhouse during the 90s. Prior to this, he was Financial Director at Eli Lilly and Management Consultant with Ernst & Whinney.

He started his career as Assistant Professor, then worked as Analyst at CERN, and later as Project Leader with GTE. 

 

He holds  Masters Degrees in Mechanical & Electro-technical Engineering and Nuclear Engineering from the University of Ghent. He is fluent in Dutch, French and English.
