Richard Foulkes

Richard Foulkes is a Principal in the Dubai office of Odgers Berndtson heading the Financial Services practice for the Middle East region. He specialises in senior management, executive level and highly specialised financial appointments across the sector.

During his career, he has worked with major institutions in the UK and Asia to successfully complete assignments within capital markets, finance and risk.

Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, he spent over nine years in Tokyo most recently working for a boutique search firm focused on capital markets. Before that he spent eight years working for an international recruitment firm where he held both consulting and management positions. Previously he was based in the City of London with the same international firm focused on both front and back office recruitment for UK and international banks.

Richard holds a Bachelors degree from Aston University, UK.
