Rachel Schultz

Rachel Schultz is a Partner in the New York office of Odgers Berndtson. She provides executive search and advisory services to Wall Street, her core industry specialization for the past 12 years. She works primarily with clients and candidates in investment banking, capital markets and alternative asset management.

Prior to joining Odgers Berndton, she was a a director and founding member of the Gerson Group where she specialized in the recruitment of senior-level investment bankers and partners within private equity, as well as advising clients on the expansion of businesses through extensive research and market intelligence reports.

She began her executive search career at A.T. Kearney as a consultant within its Global Financial Services Practice.

Previously, Rachel held human resources and recruiting roles at Lehman Brothers and earlier, Bear Stearns.
