Paul Hanson

Paul Hanson is a Partner in the Chicago office of Odgers Berndtson. He focuses primarily on senior-level management positions in the life, annuity, health and property-casualty industries.

With more than 15 years of executive search experience he has led and executed highly successful President, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Marketing/Distribution Officer, Chief Information Officer, Chief Actuary/Risk Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Financial Officer assignments for domestic and international insurance carriers. In addition, he has recruited chief human resources officers and senior level human resource-related positions for the financial services industry.

Previously, Paul was a consultant Heidrick & Struggles in their insurance practice.
