Lisa Tromba

Lisa Tromba is a Partner in the New York City office of Odgers Berndtson in the Consumer and Industrial practices. She joins Odgers Berndtson with a successful track record of delivering high impact leadership talent through to C-Level, within Consumer/Retail and Industrial Manufacturing and Marketing-Driven Organizations.

Her experience in providing clients with assessment capabilities to identify high performing and high potential leaders has positioned her as a strategic value partner and integral part of the team within client organizations.

Previously, she was a Partner with Amrop Battalia Winston, and before that a Principal with A.T. Kearney Executive Search. Prior to that she was with a premier retail boutique search firm based in New York. She began her search career with a Private Equity firm and supported executive search activities for the firm’s portfolio of 14 companies and before that was with IBM.

Lisa has a Master's degree in Communication and is a member of the Society of Human Resource Professionals, New York HR Planning Society and the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals.
