Doug combines the tenacity of an accomplished sales professional with a unique ability to connect people and business. Doug enjoyed success in corporate sales at ADP in Toronto, where he conducted needs assessment consultations with business owners and senior HR professionals and delivered business enhancements suited to the needs of over 275 companies. Upon relocating to Ottawa, Doug established a strong local business network at OCRI, growing their sponsorship and membership base before transitioning into his true passion, executive recruiting.
Doug brings an in-depth knowledge of Ottawa's high-tech sector to our clientele. He has helped locate and place CEOs, Directors, VPs and senior managers across a variety of business units. Doug serves as a Principal in our Technology and Manufacturing practice; and is also charged with building our newest practice focused exclusively on the recruitment of senior sales professionals and executives.
Doug holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University and has served as a Business Advisor to Junior Achievement Ottawa and the Entrepreneurship Centre. He lives in Ottawa with his wife and 2 children, and is an avid runner.
