Dominique Collet

Dominique Collet is Managing Partner Odgers Berndtson's Brussels office which he co-founded in 1996. With extensive international experience in executive search, he has completed numerous top level assignments (CEOs, COOs, VPs and Managing Directors) with international responsibilities across the spectrum of  manufacturing and service industries. Since 1999, he has also conducted international organisation, management, and business culture audits at senior levels.

Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, he worked as a Partner of Ward Howell for two years.Until 1994, Dominique acquired extensive international business experience in marketing, sales and general management, covering mainly all the European and North American countries, as European Sales & Marketing Director for a subsidiary of the Cockerill Sambre Steel Group specialized in the building sector, Managing Director of Polytuil France, Geschäftsführer of Polydach Germany and Member of the Group Management Committee with responsibilities over 14 countries. Prior to that, he was Marketing Director for the Tiles Division of Koramic Terca Group, a leading European ceramics company. During the '80s, he worked in the distribution sector as Assistant Manager and later Director of the Schelfhout Group, and Managing Director of the Group’s subsidiaries. He started his career in 1975 as Sales Manager, then Commercial Director of an Italian manufacturer of sporting goods.

Dominique holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Liège and a Postgraduate degree in Industrial Management. He speaks five languages.
