Amanda Bugatto

Amanda Bugatto, an Engagement Manager, has been with Odgers Berndtson for over twelve years and has worked on a wide variety of senior level assignments supporting various industries and practice groups, most recently focusing on the public sector and healthcare practice, from a research, candidate development and client engagement standpoint.

Amanda has developed a solid understanding of the executive search recruiting process and various functions; she brings a broad range of project management skills gained from her hands-on approach to executive level recruitment. 

A graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University, Amanda holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology with a Business Minor.
