Adrian Bassett

Adrian is a Chartered Psychologist with over ten years Consulting experience through roles at Work Communications (formerly part of the SHL group) and Deloitte. Adrian led the Assessment team at Work Communications where he amassed significant experience designing and facilitating assessment processes for selection and development purposes across a range of roles and industry sectors.

Adrian was a Manager in Deloitte’s Organisation Design practice where he specialised in advising senior client stakeholders on how to align organisation structure to strategy. Adrian has BSc and MSc degrees in Psychology and is a qualified user of a wide range of psychometric tools.
