Reporting to the Board, the CEO is accountable for providing leadership and vision to all aspects of Sterling Shoes’ operations. In filling the mandate, the CEO is responsible for leading strategic and financial planning, driving operational enhancement, developing the corporate structure that supports continued growth and contributing to the culture that has made Sterling Shoes a great company to work for.
